Trish Conlon
Trish Conlon is an associate attorney who discovered firsthand how gut-wrenching an emotional family law proceeding can be and how having a competent and caring attorney in her corner made all the difference. She chose to pursue a legal education so that she could compassionately help others navigate the legal system, essentially paying forward the care she received from her attorney. Prior to law school, Ms. Conlon volunteered as a Victim Advocate for the Marion County (Oregon) District Attorney’s Office for over five years, working with victims of personal crime in a trauma-informed manner, helping them navigate the legal system from emergency room to courtroom. Trish appeared with Todd on The Today Show, Anderson Cooper, Fox and Friends, and ABC News in the pursuit of justice. She served as an educator before entering law school in roles ranging from high school teacher to community college administrator; she also authored QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook textbooks during her educational career.
Ms. Conlon grew up in the greater Seattle area, graduating from Bothell High School, and now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. She regularly travels back to the Pacific Northwest as her sons live in Bellevue, Washington, and Portland, Oregon. She earned a B.S. in Biology from Washington State University and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University. Trish earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. At Willamette Law, she served as the President of the Student Bar Association, as an Academic Excellence Fellow, and as an Executive Editor of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. After law school, Ms. Conlon clerked for the Honorable Judge Jessica K. Peterson at the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada and then worked as the Associate Director of Career Development at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, prior to joining DeVallance Law. Trish currently serves as the Secretary for the Young Lawyers Section of the Nevada State Bar and is the Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Clark County Bar Association in Las Vegas, NV.
When not working, Trish enjoys RV camping with her husband and three dogs, Ricky, Tucker, and Ellie, and kayaking on the Colorado River.
