Prachi Trivedi

Prachi Trivedi is an associate attorney with an international legal background and a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate some of the most personal and challenging moments of their lives with clarity, compassion, and strategic advocacy. Her practice is focused exclusively on family law, where she works closely with clients in matters involving divorce, parenting plans, custody disputes, and other family law proceedings.

Prachi believes that family law matters are deeply personal in nature and that effective representation requires more than legal knowledge alone. She understands the importance of developing trust, understanding each client’s unique circumstances, and guiding clients through emotionally difficult situations with empathy, patience, and open communication. She takes a client-centered approach to every matter, helping individuals feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process while working toward practical and long-term solutions tailored to their goals. While Prachi values collaborative resolutions whenever possible, she also understands that some matters require strong and assertive advocacy, balancing practical problem-solving with strategic representation to help clients achieve fair and stable outcomes while minimizing unnecessary conflict and stress.

Before joining the firm, Prachi gained experience working with a Seattle law firm where she assisted in family law and civil litigation matters, further strengthening her understanding of Washington court procedures and client advocacy.

Prachi is dual-certified to practice law in both India and Washington State and brings a unique international perspective to her practice. She earned her LL.M. in American Legal Studies from Seattle University School of Law, along with a Master of Corporate and Financial Laws from Jindal Global Law School. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.B.A. LL.B. Hons.) from NMIMS University.

Prior to practicing in the United States, Prachi worked as an attorney in India advising multinational companies, startups, investors, and businesses on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Her background handling complex financial and business-related legal issues provides valuable insight into the financial considerations that often arise in family law cases.

Originally from India, Prachi enjoys working with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, including the South Asian community. Fluent in English, Hindi, and several regional Indian languages, Prachi understands the importance of cultural awareness, communication, and trust when guiding clients through sensitive legal matters. Outside of her legal practice, Prachi enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
